Since Tower Records bit the dust I've been forced to buy my CDs online, but I miss going to the store and browsing around and just pikcing up random CD's, are there any local chains that sell a decent amount of Trance CD's in Southern California?

I've seen a bit at Best Buy and at.... hummm? Are there any records stores still open?

3rd street promenade.

there is this outdoor vendor that has been there for years. Always cranking out the trance. That's what they specialize in from what I can tell.

Maybe try Amoeba Music. Not really a chain, but they have virtually everything.

Virgin Megastore still has tons of dance music releases.
