| I only managed to record a part of the show last friday & there was a short commercial break after 1st hour, outro was there. Looks like Alpha Radio is the only one station broadcasting the show without commercials & in full length. Vibe FM is "commercial free" too, but they always cut the outro. I need to try something with my second tuner and maybe I can manage to record the show on tuesdays when you're interested. |

I'm interested :)
If encryption is the problem for recording 2 at the same time, try a smartwii system. It's cheap and it works fantastic.
I also wanna have a look at fridays rip.
You can always cut out the commercials with mp3directcut without loosing quality (it works also with .mp2)
Cutting is easy if commercials are between the 30 min. blocks. |

Yeah, I know mp3directcut very well. I actually wanted to do the same thing - looslessly cut out the commercial.
It's not the encryption problem. The problem is that my 2nd receiver is not PVR ready, but I can record the stream via LAN. |

I don't want to recompress it and degrade the quality. If you don't like mp2, convert it to mp3. The choice is yours. ;) |
