I know a few people who work in Commercial Real Estate and has told me all of these plans that have been put forth over the last while. But it's going to be quite a few years... yeh this is a bit dated. but it does give a good overall view of the area. this area will take a bit to develop, but i have high hopes for it. the designs really make sense and have been based off other successful neighbourhoods around the world. i think the best change that we will see on the waterfront will be completed in 2012 with the completion of queens quay. the advantage that we got with the west8 plan was how quick and fairly easily it can be implemented. hardcore trancer quote: Originally posted by exstasie Don't think anything will happen for quite a while. That is a given. The Waterfront from Bay East towards Cherry definitely needs to be revitalized. The only real question is when...and where would the Guv relocate...
