This article came out on NBC Washington, talks about his favorite city to play in, guilty pleasure, musical inspiration, what he thinks about American crowds, favorite place to get away from it all as well as newer artists he's fond of.

Tiesto at least explained his position. PVD on the other hand denies being a trance DJ and complains about the music the very music he plays. Im sure Tiesto was fully aware of his comments when he answered this question. Then again, Im not sure if PVD worded his answer right and its just being interpreted wrong.
Now, this part of "everyone in America sees you as an Electronic DJ" that is true to an extent (except for people on this and any forum related to this one).
Ask any person that doesnt listen to edm and they wont know what genre these DJs play in. They wont be able to tell the difference between this music and the crap they play on KTU. |

| afaik, he has had a place in LA for 3+ years and lived there while producing isos asia. i last saw him in 07 and that might be the last time for a long time. way too much house in his sets. |
