its sort of a dj's general rule of thumb...if people keep dancing when you go on, you couldn't have been that bad. :)

Yesterday was nothing short of amazing! Big respect to both James Gill and Excess for throwing down two AWESOME sets. Hopefully we can get a better turnout next month! I will update you guys with info as we get it but as of right now the next show is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th, same location.
BTW Excess, how can I not dance when you're dropping some amazing classics!! I was blown away dude seriously! |

It was a good time last night. A damn good turn out, better than I expected.
I think it was the first time playing out for a few of the guys and they all did really well.
Cops rolled by at one point cuz there were a bunch of us outside but didn't stop or nothing.
I randomly lost my voice halfway through the night and I still can't talk hahah. |

Great stuff last night, I had a good time listening to all that quality music that got thrown down... It was very nice cuz James was throwing down some brand new prog house that I've never heard before in the beginning of the night and then we closed out to some trance and much loved classics thrown down by excess (btw what mix of cygnes was that?? Haha)...
So this thing is set to happen again next month? Like, officially?
Also, if anyone lost a bag of theirs behind the Dj booth, let me or James know cuz we found it and kept it. |

lol that was kenny's bag, but yes this is a definite for the first thursday of next month. Keep sending me demos guys, I just need 1 more DJ for next month. If we can pack this place enough the guy that runs it said we can possibly do bi-weekly parties. Lets pack it next time!!! |
