I was once told that E-Cutz was the promo name that DJ Snowman produced this under, to kinda cover up that it was a Snowman production. When the tune got released Snowman decided to release it under his name.

I have heard that also so.....So i second that what teknohe@d2025 is saying.....

There two different producers, two different tunes (well kinda), and two different lables. The Cj Bolland - The Prophet licence must have just been released late last year or so because there are many new remakes of this tune. About 3 all released this year under different names & produced by different people.

The King is here and will reveal the secret :D

Since DJ Snowman is swiss, I can tell you about it. Well about in January in Switzerland, there was the DJ Snowman birthday party.

They all came: Cosmic Gate, CJ Stone, DJ Errik (Green Court) and so on. At the end of the Cosmic Gate set (only Nic Chagall was there), he played an unknown tune for me, and the MC screamed "THIS IS THE NEW PRODUCTION OF DJ SNOWMAN" (He didn't say any title).

Later on DJ Snowman also played it. So, DJ Snowman had to produce (after Skydiver) a new track, so they decided to do an remake (unofficial) for The Prophet. Cosmic Gate produced the club mix (never mentioned anywhere on the vinyls), Kaylab remixed, and the promo as well as the recent release was called E-Cutz. Why? With this track, they opened a new label, called Essential Cutz. Owner? Cosmic Gate themselves! Later on, the Dumonde Remix (with another) were released as DJ Snowman, so the mystery was solved. Eveb if the club mix's called E-Cutz, it's still DJ Snowman's tune (produced by Cosmic Gate). Cheers.

So technically I was right? It's just that you were able to go into more detail about it. Very confusing I must agree...

You were right, E-Cutz was just the lead to introduce the new label.
