Drums vanish. (pg. 2)

It could be that your soundcard is getting out of sync. I'm not sure what soundcard you have but try rendering in a smaller format...if it still happens then go smaller. see if that works for the moment...and if it works that means your card is getting out of sync.

It happened only once before, like 5 years ago or something, I had a piano in a song and some keys would randomly not render, but worked fine in the sequencer. I eventually had to scrap the song.
post up the fl project file mate and i will load it up in my fl studio and try to render it for you. and take it from there.

http://www.mediafire.com/file/v2mnoemnmgc/604604.flp

It needs Z3ta 1.41 and Battery 3 with Acoustic - Tight Kit. Rest is vanilla.

ok well i have downloaded give me a day or so to install zt3a and battery into fl and i will render for you.

when you say drums dont work when rendered do you mean percussion ?

Did you listen to the file I posted in the first post?

I don't want someone to render it for me, I want to know what is wrong so I can fix it.

I don't get around problems, I fix them.

Then go figure it out yourself. We're trying to help.

And someone offering to take the trouble to download and render your song is pretty nice if you ask me. And smart.

If the same results occur on another computer it's a problem with the session. If it renders just fine on another computer it's your configuration. That's just good troubleshooting and it will eliminate a rabbit whole that you otherwise would have gone down.

How old are you? I've never heard someone bitch so much when people are trying to help him. The support here is FREE, and people are doing so out of their own time. If it's this big of a frustration for you... call Tech support... you own the program.... don't you?
cronodevir
Just because support is free doesn't mean anything. Wrong support is wrong support. You are acting like i'm supposed to be greatful when someone tells me what I didn't ask for. This is why I don't post my own threads here at TA, because they are always way to complex for anyone to grasp.

Anyways, i'm trying to figure out why the drums vanish at these render settings, i'm not trying to "get around" the problem. I don't do that. I will just go somewhere else and ask.

I'm really trying to give people the benefit of the doubt here.

I wish you luck! (I'm not being sarcastic here. I hate computer problems. Let us know what you figure out.)

Maybe your included soundcard wont let u render at 32bit.

I'm using FL it doesn't even need a crack. It uses a serial, so whether you buy the serial or get it off the net, doesn't effect the quality of the sound. This isn't Cubase.

@palm

My soundcard is fine. If anyone had read the first post [which no one here has done] You will know this is an isolated incident. Its happened one time before, completely randomly and unexpectedly. I wasn't able to figure out what caused it that time so I had to scrap the whole project and start over. I'm trying to learn what went wrong and to fix it. It sounded as if the drums like..went out of phase. But how would the bitrate effect the phase of the clip?

It was worth a shot.

Don't know why everyone rags on my sound card. Its not like it has any impact on the actual sound. Or the render.

the samples in Battery... Are they 24bit? Maybe FL dont know how to convert from 24bit to 32bit? Maybe u have to use 16bit samples? I have no idea I dont know FL, i dont think my daw (Reason) supports 24bit samples at all. You could try replacing one of the samples with a 16bit file and see if it has anything to do with that.
