Im sure some of you know about this site but I wanted to share with everyone in case any of you dont know.
The site is called SOUNDCLOUD! Check it out at http://soundcloud.com/
You can create a profile for yourself and upload all your mixes or production tracks free! Some of the cool features are people can listen to your work from the site or download it. They can also comment on certain sections of the mix or track and everyone else can see it. Kinda like "I love how he mixed these songs" or "I loved the drums he added here", etc. Another cool thing you can do is the site gives you html codes so you can post your stuff on other peoples pages as comments or blogs or whatever
Take a look at my site for an example

| That's pretty cool, I have been hearing a lot about Soundcloud. I have all my mixes on my web server. Does it offer any other benefits besides the commenting on other people's mixes and tracks? |

Like how this allows you to skip around once the mix has been uploaded! |

Yeah that was one of my favorite features.
That and allowing you to post your mixes or tracks as comments...just kinda like the beatport players. The wave itself gets posted to peoples pages so you can also skip around on the wave from their site!
Im pretty new to this soundcloud myself so if anyone has any other info I would love to hear it! |
