OK i'm commenting about the Promo Mix...or whatever, not the other remixes.
First of all if you wanna be signed, you'll have to get rid of some of the amateurish samples being used. Your hi-hats sound like hell. Keep tweakin'.
The "intro" should also be shorter, it gets kinda annoying.
Also your transitions could be a little smoother, maybe if you had more effects.
also i prefer a strong synth like the one Seventh City did in his "remake" :D better, maybe you can try to get yours stronger?
Anyways, it's a pretty good song, you just need to keep tweaking and perfecting. keep doing this until you know its the bomb. |

thanx Davinox and Mindshooter. that is helpful. I am going to make an extended versions as a few DJ's i know would like a version that is a little easier to mix into and out of. I think i will add another break. New hi-hats, hum. ok ill look into it.
If anyone wants to help out on the extended, that would be great. everyone knows how hard it is to perfect their own songs. ill also turn up the 2nd melody line a bit during the break. does it need another melody or a variation? what if i changed every 4th loop at the end of a segment to have something else to it? just looking for ideas.
Anyone heard anything from labels? anyone looking? I hate work, no time to work on this or send out many promo's. :(

WOW! that is all that i can really say, i am stunned man. INCREADABLE! amazing beat, solid! Love the new line you put in it, very catchy! If you have not downloaded this. do it now for crying out loud.
The strings seem a little off when they are first introduced, other then that, they are perfect. Almost has the chillout feel i was looking for. Very good Epic Trance!

Hey Bryant: sorry i missed this post, it kinda got stuck away on the bottem of the page. Anyways, some comments:
- Like The Mix, good length good intro and outro
- Good feel too it, like the new sample in the background
- Sounds more powerful
- Problems: Similar to the original
- No major break
- keychange at 5 min sounds a little off
- Suggestions: Mess it up some more. add and remove elements if you want
- Maybe change the actual drum beat, that might do it, harder kick to go with the melody line
That help ya out at all? Please continue to work on it. no shot to your mix at all :)

Just a question, is your tune TranceAddict based on the tune I sent U to get started with the riff from MTVMG in it ?
If so make sure U give me a bit of credit where its due :D

Haha, yes bren, it is the version you moved over. I lost contact with you for about 3 months, i had e-mailed you and asked some ppl to send you a message and you never got back to me. I used to call the song DJ Ampz & Bren F but you kinda buggered off as i said. You get production credits along with my other friend (deus) that worked on it. Just keep intouch would ya?
oh, i also heard you did a version or something with this? you never told me you worked on it......lol :haha:

by the way bren-f, your robert miles mix is very sweet. i like his new stuff, i was supose to remix one of his songs, but his managment said i couldn't because i wasn't old enough. we (roberto and I) swapped CD's before) I think ill mail him regarding a label....good idea?
