| this night was sooo awesome!!! big congratz to zach & gareth for putting on an AMAZING show. This was my first time at Cielo and it was great! Although...im not a fan of how the dance floor is set up. The lights and sound were awesome! I hope gareth comes back to NYC very soon. I know everyone in that club didnt want that night to end so early. :D:crazy: :tongue2 :eyespop: |

haha heres My review, I got there around 11, zack really had the place movin, i could barely ID any of his tracks, except a few, but loving everybit of his set till about 12.25ish , after that idk he tried picking up but i dunno...i was not feelin it (constructive criticism dont mean to bring u down, i have seen u bang out before at svd and other gigs i know u can kill it)
The gareth came and really banged out the place, it was my first time seeing him and will def be there whenever i can catch him next. Stayed about till 2.30-3 then had to leave coz of a fren.
It kinda sucks to bring out hip-hop ppl to trance gig, u always have to keep making sure they are having fun and tryin to get them drunk to like the music, its like making some one convert religion by getting them drunk, specially ppl who are not open to other kinds of music. So that consumed a lot of my time off the floor. |

lol, like I said man, its all good. And thinking back, that comment makes some sense. I was looking to slowly build my set up that night. The club actually opened like 45 minutes late, so I sort of lost track of time. When I looked down and saw that Gareth was about to go on, I was like ", I need to pick this up a bit...and quick!"
Hence the somewhat abrupt change up in music the last 25 minutes.
All good though man...I can take the heat lol. :toothless |

The set was exceptional -- and fit the mood just brilliantly. Am I correct that you also played Stereok - Deep Desire (Arthur Deep Remix), Zack?
Also, did anyone notice that Gareth played Beltek - Belina as the second or third track in his set, in spite of the fact that it was one of Zack's closers? Certainly not a major issue, but I was just a bit surprised he chose to play that one again.
