Pretty self explantory... you've just made a track/song... could be anything, electronic, dance, rap, rock, punk, acoustic etc...

Who would you want to remix it, top 5 and why? And not just based on their DJ'n, own productions or anything, but also take into account their success or ability to do the "Remix". I know there are some artists out there that I find their original work to be awful, but always intresting in their remixes.

1. Soulwax - Kings of the remix, love everything they've done, niteversions, 2many DJs etc... some of my favorite remixes of all time has been done by these guys! In love with the MGMT - Kids remix and their remix of Justice - Phantom Pt.2 is phenomonal!

2. Thin White Duke/Stuart Price/Jacques Lu Cont - Always been a fan of his stuff too, really dancey, fun stuff... Favorite is Royksopp - What else is there (Thin White Duke Remix)

3. Dubfire - I just think it would be intresting to see his rendetion of whatever I made...

4. Duke Dumont - Some of his recent remixes are REALLY REALLY unique, almost complete reworking of the track making it almost unrecognizable to the original. Current fav is his remix of BATS FOR LASHES - Daniel and his remix of MSTRKRFT - Street Justice, made that one really dark and techy

5. Neptunes - Would love to see what kinda urban twist Pharell would put on a track with his inovativness

RUNNERS UP - Dusty Kid, Dirty South, Switch and Timbaland
Nick Cenik
Dubfire, Paul Kalkbrenner, Olivier Giacomotto, Luetzenkirchen, Funkagenda
Dave Akermanis
Scope, Satoshi Fumi, Amine Edge, Jaytech, Proff
Endgame
For a more housey production:
Angello/Ingrosso - For big room house sound
Morgan Page - For more techy house sound
TV Rock - Consistantly good.
Tocadisco - Love their tunes.
Jerome Isma-ae - Great glitchy stuff.

For a more trancey production:
Gareth Emery - Big bass, trancey stuff
Marc Marberg & Kyau vs Albert - Big bangin' Trousey stuff.
MIKE/Push - One of my favourite producers, and one of the artists that got me into electronic music.
Ferry Corsten - Love his new album, he always seems to stay current as far as "sound" goes.
Mark Sherry - Pure banging.

For proggy:
Simon & Shaker - Darker proggy style
Digital Poison - Banging tribal-influenced sound that I quite like.
Jaytech - Who doesn't love Jaytech?
Matthew Dekay - Pure proggy goodness
Glenn Morrison - really caught my attention for his driving "No Sudden Moves" track. Been liking his stuff ever since.

I could probably make a list a mile long lol
i love you baby
Harry Choo Choo Romero
Jacques Lu Cont
Popof
Jimpster
Vanos
Would not really want any of the above mentioned djs to remix my track (except for popof). If I would have an ep coming up now I think this would be a really strong set of remixes:

Leeks
Spektre
Spartaque
Piatto
Umek
Kanio

Also comes to mind:
Skober, Ahmet Sendil, Utku Dalmaz, Dub Makers, Bruno, Karo, Hans Bouffmyhre, Jepy Jey Aka FDK, Levan etc.

And some new ones:
ATM Bansi and Riktam from GMS - gooood new sound!
Anthony Castalado - good newcomer

But really there are so many djs. Most of good italian/ukrainian/bulgarian/turkish djs i wouldnt mind, they have good style.

I don't produce (let alone DJ), but I'd want Ferry to do a Flashover remix of my stuff if I did! lol

I remember there being a period where every track I wanted to know the name of was a Jacques Lu Cont remix.

I wouldn't want anyone too....I don't want them making money off my hard work....lazy 3rs can go make their own music.

vs ***** mega mash-up

Cribby
Gregor Tresher - He'd make my track sound even more dinosaur/prehistoric like with his touch

Paul Ritch - Because he'd turn up the bounciness notch by 1000x

Robert Babicz - His own work and remixes are creepy... Bone chilling even.

H.O.S.H. - A little deep and trippy influence wouldn't hurt.

Florian Meindl - He's got a good ear and knows how to remix by taking the best elements of the original tracks and enhance them while incorporating his touch.
El K Dee
Tiesto, AVB, Jermaine Dupri (yea he now does house tracks too)

these 3 and i'll be infamous
