Goldenscan
Real Name: Ed Goring, Tom Lindley & Mark McCormick
URLs: http://www.goldenscan.com/

The website is down...says coming soon. I won't hold my breath :p
What are these guys doing these days if anything, solo projects, or nothing at all? Was there any record of a breakup because I don't recall hearing anything.

I think in the end Goldenscan was just one of the three guys. I remember chatting with the dude in the EMC hub back in the day and he was pissed off that they weren't making as much money as they used to as no one buys compilations anymore, people just download stuff instead. Maybe they got fed up with not making enough money and/or felt their work wasn't appreciated enough?

Sounds logical. I really miss that sound tho, I wish they didn't get so easily discouraged.

They did make a couple of cracking tracks/remixes back in the day.

reminds me of that time thomas datt was moaning about how people was sharing his i feel you remix before it was released. but he was sharing other peoples music on dc and saw no trouble with it since once it's released and out there it was ok and you couldn't do anything to stop it.

Ronski Speed remix is though too IMO.
And the original. Amazing tune, in my top trance 100, I got into it from Paul Van Dyk's Innercity 2000 set (posted on TA back in its first year!). That was totally my first liveset downloaded, December 2000.

Light The Fuse
yeah sunrise was an amazing tune

always like their remix of max graham - broken peices as well.
