yes, those ads are very common in european cities with great urban density. in america the reaction towards this kind of advertising is always of concern and disgust, but who cares anyways.

I don't have a penis, but when I was 5 I found my dad's porn stash and realized my vag isn't just for peeing. I also used to look at my babysitter's anatomy text books at a young age so I pretty much figured it out on my own.
If you feel the child is too young to explain what sex is just say "I'll tell you when you're older". No harm done. They'll either hear it from you when they're older or learn about it from that bad kid at school.
