| i don't think resolution makes that much. The insurance they must have to pay for the event must be through the roof due to the risks that an event like this poses. (see: idiots that play pac man too hard and do the danse du bacon on the floor and foam at the mouth.) |

the trick is to bring a ziploc bag, stand in line with 10 friends that don't drink and buy as much beer as possible.
viva la beer sip sac. Last time i was at bal the beer line was so long that people bought as much as they could and resold them for profit:p |
