ok, here's the deal, i dled the setup program, and then i ran it. it installed and everything, and when i click to run the program, it goes "preparing to install" then it starts to configure it with microsoft office, then i get this message saying "the feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable... click ok to try again, or enter an alternative folder containing the installation packade "PROPLUS.MSI" in the box below."
well i dont know where this package is or if i even have it, and when i click on cancel, it shows the configuration going backwards but then it prepares to install again! and the circle repeats itself. grr... i'm getting a little frustrated! |
