almost all tyas tracks are software only.. actually, almost all current edm tracks are made with softsynths. |

Thanks for sharing.
A question though: "Sean stresses to never use your actual kick as your sidechain trigger. Rather he says to either use a closed hi-hat, or just the click from the very beginning of your kick. That is all you should ever be using"
Why is that? |

I can only guess, but maybe you have more control over it. A while ago I started to do this, and it was for a really good reason, but I forget why :P
Also, most kicks have a really long tail. |
