has anyone got any negative feedback about it lol ?

the only thing i can complain about is the AM and FM synthesis being a little unintuitive at first...

Albino 3 is one of my go-to synths. I've used it on numerous projects.

It's a resource HOG though. Watch the unison.....

I use it for leads, basses, pads. All the stuff. Great synth.

yeah I love my Albino! All Rob Papen synths are cool! Top synths!

Albino is very harmonic rich, I love the ambiental pads presets, they'r synth voicy with a lot of synthish deep soulz... rox
Fledz
My favourite synth as well. Anything that Rob Papen touches is gold.

me this synth is amazing, almost makes me not regret selling the virus

2 things that would make it so much better 1 you can't just punch in values with the keyboard you have to fine-tune everything (really?) which is annoying and 2 theres no way to just click and cycle through the different waveforms you need to access the drop down menus every time, really slow and cumbersome

i find Zebra makes this synth kinda redundant.

zebra is a beast... one of the few plugins i use

i never got into the NI synths.... just seemed a bit forced, im probably just a programmer
PlasticSoul
its a "classic vst", like vanguard and z3ta... quality factory presets...
but I dont like the price...

Albino's GUI reminds me of like raw steak. I can't think of any other synth that elicits visions of meat

the problem with this synth , a synth that doesn't emulate vintage gear are

traditional adsr enveloppes. I think that having user defined enveloppes with a minimum of 16 steps a minumum standard.

Waveform synths should allow user defined shapes.

LFO againi like evenloppes should be more extensive than just the typical waves and SH.

and they charge 200$ and this won't ever be updated as it is discontinued.

There is no reason a sane person would purchase this synth. The filters sound pretty bad. It lacks features better sounding synths have .... If you are used to it, then whatever. You can make anything sound good with the right fx on it but i think Zebra is just a better synth on so many levels.

Zebra is the bestest VST synth plugin period.

oh i really hate the filters. Average synth imo
