I'm not a criminal court... I make my verdict based on the balance of probabilities.

any parent who actually gave a about their kid would make sure the ****** gets thrown in jail for molesting their child. to me, this death brings out how sick a lot of people are, the guy didn't deserve to die. he wasn't convicted, and i highly doubt he ever did molest the people who accused him of it to start. it was always about cash, i'm not saying i know the truth, but neither do you morons who say he deserved to die for something that was never proved

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

let me say that again....$$$$$$$$

You would only settle out of court if you're guilty. Paying the money is better than doing the time. If he was innocent he would have went to court and won. Once you see the evidence, you say O ! we need to settle this out of court so i dont go to jail.

When it comes to music, Michael Jackson was the greatest person to ever walk this earth. He brought an immense amount of joy to trillions of people throughout his short time here. He was never convicted of anything you ing idiots. If I had a rubber hose I would beat you all to Beat It.

If someone really raped/molested your kid...would you take his money so he can be free? Or would you tell him to off and make sure he gets convicted?

I think you make yours on some personal attachment to a public image.

That makes no sense. The jury in a court USES the balance of probabilities [burden of proof]. The one used here is the "beyond a reasonable doubt" burden of proof. And they found him not guilty of all charges.

So the very thing that you say you use, they used. And they are in a better position to find culpability than you are.

Which he did in May 2005.

I don't blame you for forgetting that trial, though. I remember it not being as "high-profile" as I thought it should have been.
