copying tracks?

today i found Spooky - Bambou and sounds the same as Sebastian Leger's :wtf:

and i've seen many of these cases with La Mezcla, Trompeta, etc

what's going on?

It happens all the time, sampling and resampling. I'm working on a track that samples the hook in Anthony White - Love Me Tonight

It really bugs me when people swipe a hook from someone else and plant it directly in their track without changing it in any way, although there are some rare exceptions where I've enjoyed it. On the other hand, I think it's cool when people sample other tracks and change up the sound of the samples so that it's hard or even impossible to tell where the original came from. I tried doing that with some Velvet Underground samples in this track:
