Eddie Halliwell's Equipment?

| I saw eddie a couple weeks ago and he has this little controller that he uses all the time throughout his sets. its gives the song delay or some sort of strobe effect. does anybody know what this device is? |

Your more than likely referring to the JazzMutant Lemur, but that doesn't "give" the song effects, its just a controller.
He does also use an EFX-1000, that on the other hand is an effects unit. |
