When intervention was in commercials i would go 1-2 channels up and watch that.
I can't believe the these ppl say/do/act. One of the senior guys is a complete douchebag. I wanna fuking slap him.

The more I watch TV, the more I understand that it's all scripted, 100%... My one friend was on room raiders, they made him sign something that said they could leave things like condoms, porn mags, and porn files on his computer, just to make the episode more exciting...
My other friend was on some TLC show like Wedding Story or whatever it's called... Everything he said was scripted, and it was so funny to make fun of him. "My bride is.... classy.... and her dress is... remarkable".... We had certain parts of it on loop and kept playing it back and forth until he took the remote and threw it hahahaha... |

I agree 100%
Every time I watch TV now I look for the things that wouldn't happen if it was "real" life. Even on shows like Viva La Bam and Kenny vs Spenny I noticed that there are so many scripted aspects of it... obviously you can't script all of it but there's definitely guidelines they follow on almost all shows these days. |

yea i gave up on reality tv a while ago
i used to love the old school viva la bam when it first started
don vito used to crack me up just by lookin at him lol
but towards the end it was sooooooo fake
even like all those road rules and real world shows got so dumb
i dont even watch that much tv
only shows i watch are:
man vs food
bizare foods with andrew zimmerman
family guy
seinfeld
entourage
curb your enthusiasm
a few shows on discovery network,planet green,history channel,national geographic
and of course espn and yes networks |

I always wondered why these people would just leave piles of porn and used condoms just lying around for the camera crew to find... I mean seriously wouldn't you try to hide your stash if a national tv crew was coming? All makes sense now... |

| I know someone who did audio post production for a reality show and she said that the quotes you hear in voiceover/background are almost always pieced together from multiple scenes. So even in moments that aren't scripted, you should never believe things you hear unless they say it on camera without any cuts. |
