Leazylou

Hailing from the UK and now resident in Melbourne, Leazylou brings you the finest Trance from across the globe.

Leazylou derives her passion for dance music from the podiums of the London underground scene. Brighton starlet Leazylou gave in to the temptation to get behind the decks and take up the vinyl challenge in late 2000. Soon she earned herself a residency with Tolerance at the Brixton Telegraph in London showing that she not only had one over her male counterparts in the beauty stakes, but could also mix it with the best. She soon had partygoers across South London reaching for the ceiling with her special brand of Uplifting and Hard Trance.

Since moving to Australia, Leazylou has had many a dancefloor jumping, playing at bars and clubs around the city. When she?s not behind the decks her passion for music means you?ll find her front and centre leading the charge on the dancefloor.

Leazylou believes it's the people that make the party and her ability to connect with the crowd really gets things crankin'. Renowned for her energy behind the decks and uplifting sets with a driving edge, Leazylou brings you a Trance experience to remember.

Not just drawn to what's "in" at the moment Leazylou's collection demonstrates her own distinct style, with her trademark solid beats, euphoric breaks and melodies to move you. You will be left reaching for the sky, knowing you've been taken on a soul soaring journey through Trance.

Freya

After returning from London in September 2007 where she graced the decks at venues including Clubs Dusk and Cafe Cairo, Freya (aka Krissie Zibell) is rapidly making her mark on the Melbourne club scene.

Her emotionally powered sets consist of one underlying theme - the deep, the dark and the twisted! A massive fan of dark driving basslines, haunting twisted melodies & barreling percussive flavours, Freya's style encompasses a variety of 'genres' including progressive, psytrance & techno, which make her an extremely versatile DJ with the ability to create a plethora of moods.

Technically solid mixing combined with strong sequencing and dynamics ensures Freya delivers high energy sets that capture and entertain a crowd.
In 2008 Freya embarked on a tour of Vietnam and guest DJ'd for Phat Productions in New Zealand for NYE 2008. Closer to home soil she has featured at a variety of promoter nights across Melbourne and currently holds residencies with Instinct Events, Big:Red:Bus, Club Hades and more recently Mixed Messages and Taboo nightclub.

Her love of music started at a very early age. At just 11 years old she began studying classical piano, singing and music theory, completing AMEB grades 4, 5 & 6 with honours. She later moved on to study Musical Theatre at University, and followed up with studying Dance full time at Danceworld 301 in Melbourne.

With a natural ear and flare for music, it was only a matter of time before Freya turned her talents to production. 2009 sees her experimenting with original material incorporating fresh sounds and production techniques.

Freya is actively involved in the Melbourne Dance scene working as a promoter and host with underground events including "INSTINCT" - www.myspace.com/instinctpeople
