Nothing can stop the ambition that is Franco Fabi. The Montreal deck wizard has managed to carve out an impressive position within the national and international clubbing community, combining savvy, drive and musical prowess.
This Montreal resident completed his first full-length studio album, Reflection Session, in 2006 in collaboration with the heavy hitting vocal talents of Lisa Pure and Robert Owens and, his first mixed CD compilation was released in January 2007.
Franco got his start in the ultra competitive Montreal scene and soon his Friday night residency at the notorious Ilume club earned him a faithful following. This was the beginning of his rise to global fame.
In 2006, it was Franco’s magical set at the annual event ‘Celebration’ that truly jump started his career. It will be a long time before his 4 hour set, witnessed by 7000 strong, will be forgotten.
Fabi’s infectious blend of top-shelf, electro-laced, progressive, throbbing club vibes was too strong to be limited to Montreal alone and, as a result, Franco was invited to share the booth with a host of DJ elite. Icons such as Roger Sanchez, Tiesto, Danny Tenaglia, Steve Lawler, Deep Dish (2006 Canadian Tour), Paul Oakenfold and Chus & Ceballos are some of the many legends he has played alongside.
Having already graced the decks in France, Spain, Lebanon (B018), Italy, Las Vegas (Ice), Miami (Mansion & Global Gathering), L.A. (Avalon & Spundae) to tremendous acclaim, it is no mystery how he managed to secure residencies in Poland (Varsovie), Morocco (Marrakech), Tunisia, and London England in clubs like the world famous Pacha.

That’s the only way to describe the career of Quebec based DJ and producer Etienne Ozborne.
While spinning his treasures as a regular at some of the hottest Spots in Eastern Canada, he is an integral part of the throbbing North American house scene.
Over the years he has brought his individual and distinctive style to perfection. Questioned about it, Etienne cites the little-in-use formula of twisted funky Housemusic and explains the major part of my sets comprises of rather unknown tracks from Deep, Tribal and Electronic House. Since he couldn't help but fall in love with the groove thing, end of the 1990s saw him take a turn towards Housemusic.
Being a student of the percussions for more than 12 years as well as being part of a band has given Etienne a solid base in rhythms and beats which carried even juicier fruits in his new field: apart from outstanding skills at the mixer, his feeling for nuances and harmonies allows him to create deep, atmospheric, emotional and versatile DJ sets. He knows how to cunningly apply the newest technical means. He knows how to cleverly build up to the climax. And he knows how to take the audience by surprise to a higher level.
His elaborate dj sets win over with great music selection, amazing mixing wizardry and high entertainment factor. He plays more and more nationwide bookings in clubs like Club Heaven, Ottawa and Circus, Montreal. By teaming up with stars like Thomas Gold, Chus and Ceballos, Eddie Thoneick, Funkagenda, Junior Vasquez, Max Graham, Antoine Clamaran and many more he gained new inspiration and reputation.
But Etienne keeps on scoring: 2009 is going to be the biggest year in his producer-career. Without any doubt he's one of the rising stars in the global housescene. His latest releases are supported & played by Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, David Guetta, Mark Knight and many more.
By gaining great reputation for his tracks he worked out slammin' remixes for DJs like DJ Chus, Chris Montana, Offer Nissim, Thomas Gold and Austin Leeds. But to be not enough, most renowned labels like Strictly Rhythm, Defected or Ultra are coming to value Etienne's work. His new single "Can’t get away" out on Ultra Records will be another global-house-bomb.
