That was super fun!
Very different crowd at FW last night- we seemed to be almost the only ladies there which is very unusual. Anyway, creeps aside- it was a fantastic night.
Loved Carlo's opening set- so talented and such a distinct sound/ style. Simon played some nice jams, haven't heard him play in ages. Andrew was Andrew and delivered as always- kept the place going crazy all while smiling the entire time lol <3
Was very much in need of Macdonalds and left pretty early into Cam's set but from what I heard it was great.
Haven't done a party review in ages! |

Yeah, I need to start replacing some older CD's for sure. I just threw the one from last night off to the side...
It's the worst possible thing cause there's nothing you can do but start another track. If you try to mix out, it will skip and the beats will go off and then you'll definitely sound like a trainwreck! |

agreed! man knows how to blend prog and tech so well!
hard for a Toronto local to keep own style without getting sucked into all techno/tech house mayhem but Andrew still manages to keep his own style while in touch with what Toronto likes!
moar banging prog please! and give him peak time slot at Guv main room. Andrew would destroy that room with prog bombs. and it'd be like my lifetime wish to see this happen
liked Cam's set from what I heard, but it's so hard to build up the vibe again after CDJ screws up and hard to restart :(
PS: cigars + beer + yohan = yohan destroyed. ugh. no Joris Voorn for me tonight :( |
