Bison burgers are awesome. I had one at Ted's Montana Grill in Atlanta. Jamie, there's a Ted's in Naples if you're ever in the area. |

Bison is fantastic... similar to beef but more lean and more tender. My favorite resturant does a fantastic bison tenderloin in a carmelized onion and balsamic vineger sauce... mmmmmmmmm.
