Since when? Girls bring up that happened a long time ago that you've totally forgotten about, just to prove a point or in spite of you. It sucks when you agree to a mistake just to have it thrown back in your face again and again. |
Or even apologize and have them fully accept the apology and still have it tossed back at you years down the road. :wtf:  |

| Do not generalize all women together. I, personally, forget about things rather quickly - and forgive someone the minute they apologize. I don't hold grudges. Honestly, chances are I totally forgot about whatever I was mad about unless that person reminded me. |

You must be a very rare exception to the rule. |

Do you ever have a big argument with someone...and you get really kind of pissed...
So a couple of days later, you remember that you are really kind of pissed but you don't remember why?
This happens to me, often. I'm thinking alzheimers before 25. ack |
Are you purposely trying to come off as a goddamn idiot?
Anyway, as a RATIONAL person I can't say that I ever "forget" why I was pissed. I tend to deal with my emotions like a well-developed adult and find resolution before I have the chance to remember why I felt some way and don't know why.
Like FFS. I think I give people too much credit, when clearly the majority are morons. |

Same, I have too much other stuff to think about than keeping a record of every up someone has ever made. If anything, I just make a mental note to not trust that person or say whatever it was that set off the disagreement around the person again. |

I'm already an exception to the rule because I'm female and I post on TA. :o |

| I'd say that most of the posters around here are either actual girls or girl-equivalent. |

lol... excellent observation. Girls lock that up in a vault and keep the keys in their front pocket for years in case they need to bring it back out. :stongue: |

| i'm one who forgives but never forgets. it helps me take a step back and realize who i'm dealing with because you can't treat everyone the same. if one friend constantly flakes on people i just accept that as part of their character and i'm not surprised or angry if they flake out again because that's just what they do. no point in getting all worked up again... |
