| Been playing around doing some mixing with mp3s, and i keep getting frustrated because i can't get the vocals on tracks to be louder than the other bits. anyone know of a way to boost them without tracking down their frequency? |

| What exactly do you mean by "mixing with mp3s"? Are these other people's songs which you're "dj-mixing" or your own multi-track songs using mp3 sounds, where you're mixing the instruments/ sounds together? |

| Well if this is a DJ question, the mid EQ on DJ-mixers is where the clarity of vocals sit. If you boost that, or lower it on the other track, they should sound louder. |
