Well I used to have a 600 and mine ran slow no matter what :D even on my cable lol. I have a 1.4Ghz right now so it wouldn't run too badly but since it's ur work computer u really can't do too much about the speed. I'd be downloading at work all the time lol and then burning my and taking it home :D. |

Im a lousy 56ker which makes browsing TA very hard! Also downloading music is like watching paint dry! Cable not in sight until October at the earliest sadly! BT on me big time!

it's like soo slow.. oping a page with a lot of pics.. takes about an hour.. to load up.. like the thread with the beatuiful chicks.. seriously.. its bad.. :mad: :eyespop: :nervous: |

max d/l speed ever was around 5.5k/sec, usually get 3.2k
disconnected every 2 hours
cable/adsl upgrades are unavailable :( |

as far as i know, norway border to russia up north :)
dont think the trip will be too far heh

if its as slow as you say, connecting directly to the modem won't make it any bette.r |
