Trance CD's on eBay...safe to buy?

First off sorry for being an earlier...I was bored.
I was looking at a couple cheap trance CD's on eBay, but I wanted to know if any of you have bought stuff like this off this site in the past and is it legit? Are bootlegs common, even if they're coming from US sellers?
Like for example does this guy look legit?

For the first time in ages, I got ripped off last week. Meh, it was only a 99 cent CD, I guess the guy thought it sold for too cheap as its worth way more than that, so he probably decided not to send and pocketed my change.
Overall I think it is very safe, with good buyer protection & money back, but weak selection and tough to read CD condition.

| Make sure you read the descriptions carefully and ask any questions to the seller before bidding. Fake or burned CD's are not allowed by ebay s policies but it doesn't mean that some people won't still try anyway. |

Have you checked amazon? I buy a lot of used CDs from amazon for dirt cheap.
I just got Ewan Pearson Sci.fi.hi.fi and Piece Work and the total came out to just over 11$
They both are in near perfect condition. |

Yes. I usually check the new/used prices first as they are the cheapest on that site. |

| Living in a small town in Nova Scotia I find that Ebay is often an excellent source to buy trance music cds. I've bought well over 50 trance cds off ebay and have only had an issue twice. I do find that the overall selection of trance cds has decreased over the past few years but I still find the odd deal worth buying |
