SUDBEAT 002 Guy J-Pleasurety EP / Out on Beatport July 14th
View this Thread in Original format
Sudbeat

Second release on Sudbeat comes from Israeli DJ/Producer Guy J, who has been one of the most exciting finds of recent times. His own brand of emotional tech and forward thinking house has won him an army of fans, and seen him release a host of incredible releases over the past couple of years.

His wide range of sound, has seen Guy become a regular artist on labels from John Digweed's Bedrock to Tiga's Turbo Records, and his catalogue of club smashes includes 'Agent Blue', 'Save Me', 'Fade', 'Under Pressure', 'Geko' and 'Shaman'.

His debut album 'Esperanza' has not only spawned two of the singles above, but also the current hit 'Lamur', which is finding huge, worldwide DJ and press support.

Timing couldn't be better then for Hernan Cattaneo to bring us the second release on his new Sudbeat imprint, Guy J's 'Dust / Bianca'. Yet another superb two tracker. A-side Dust leads the way with its warped, dramatic, and melodic synths. Piercing, and emotional it is a true cinematic experience.

B-Side Bianca ups the tempo. Included on Hernan´s Renaissance Masters Series compilation and brilliantly constructed, this uplifting and euphoric piece of melodic tech house nails the measures of power and beauty to perfection. This will be a key release in crates of many, for some time to come.

Out On Beatport July 14th.

DJ REACTIONS….

Laurent Garnier – “Dust. A pure trip, love this!”

James Zabiela – “Great Progressive music in the truest sense. Thank you!”

Nick Warren - "Two crackers here, hernan passed them on to me earlier in the month and they have gone down a storm."

Dave Seaman - "Loving 'Dust'. Been playing it for a while and hoping it will fit on my next mix comp. Bianca's cool too."

Paul Van Dyk – “Gonna try these.”

King Unique – “A GREAT pair of tunes!”
