| I had a blast... ran into a few friends and danced my ass off. I have now a new appreciation for Hardstyle. Colontonio played some really good tracks. YOJI is a friggin delight to see up there on stage! His tetris track is absolutely nutty.. vids coming later tonight ... |

Colontonio started off with good energy, but every breakdown was bad, for 90 minutes. Yoji was worse IMO. I stayed for about 45 minutes, but hearing the Tetris song is evidence of how ing horrid the direction of the set is going.
Oh, good to see Hardcore Trancer and ChemEnhanced. :p |

Nice time partying!!
Tom played a nice set ... But yoji was really theatrical in terms of body movement , and delivered a show with his creative stage talent. I remember him looping the Track.. then up and down with fader stutter.. but then he stood up on the stage and used the pioneer CDJ and put it in a position as if he is playing a violin. then stutter a bit.. silence to relax the atmosphere before releasing the loop into the tech-trance Rush madness. saw many old friends from viva nightclub too hehe,

came late (4am) but so glad i caught w/e i could of yoji. so much fun. happy music till the end. the guy entertains the crowd so easily. i had a feeling that i'd be disappointed but glad i'm really glad i was wrong.
and it got better after with MO playing classics one after the other. 1998, ATRC, madagascar, adagio for strings, etc. he even made a tribute to martin streak by playing some nine inch nails.
overall, i had a great great great night with lots of friends and good music. |
