There really isn't a dramatic difference between his remix and the original, but he threw in a few touch ups that I feel work very nicely, and quite memorably.

Tenaglia's remix of 'I Feel Loved' is the top one for me

It probably is, considering the fact that he couldn't ruin it more, since it was already the weakest link on Playing The Angel.
I personally haven't heard a remix of any DM song (and I've heard pretty much every song they released), besides Sasha's remix of Precious and Huntemann & Bodzin's Dub of Everything Counts. They both sucked and reconfirmed my beliefs that remixing Depeche Mode is not a very smart thing to do.

Depeche Mode - The Sinner in Me (Ricardo Villalobos Conclave Remix)
Depeche Mode - Only When I Lose Myself (Micali & Ajami Vocal Mix)
basilisk
Space Cat has a good Depeche Mode remix out there... if you like uplifting full-on psytrance anyhow. Altom also has something decent along the same line.
I really dig the Holden remixes. They're extraordinary.
The only other one I might mention is Synthetic's Beat Machine, an older remix of Master & Servant.
