Sounds like those law firms got a pretty sweet deal.
Reminds me sort of how Sound Transit (the regional transit authority) bought out retainers with a bunch of law firms in the region.
A bunch also refused.
So now firms basically sue each other for s and giggles and Sound Transit has to pony up the cash to these firms... Its insanity. :p |
