I would ask them to stop nagging and treating me like a child. If I knew that having their help meant they were going to continue to treat me like a baby, I wouldn't have taken all from them. And if they want to to continue to throw it in my face, they can help pay the ing mortgage, too. |

i mean i love my parents but my mom would totally be the type to nag no matter what the situation is. she needs to be put in check sometimes lol
i would most likely be like, "peace out! enjoy that mortgage payment..and oh yea, we'll be talking about my cut when you sell the place;)"

Move on out. A mortgage typically shouldn't be more than 28% of your monthly salary anyways. Better to move out get, not deal with the nagging, get your cash back and save until you are closer to that criteria.
EDIT:
Also, you should fart on your parents pillows when they are out of the house for nagging at you. |

Well they did pay my entire college tuition, although my dad thinks that more than makes up for bad parenting. I dunno, I'd just feel really guilty just bailing out cuz they're my parents. |

truth. unless you are supporting your parents because they can't support themselves, not because you're obligated to because they paid your 1) college; 2) down payment. |

I live in Silicon Valley. Unless you're making at least 100,000 a year, which I doubt I ever will, it's not gonna happen. The issue is that if I were to stay here my whole life, which sounds like it unless my job has other openings in cheaper states, it would be extremely hard for me to buy a house here on my own. I don't want to be renting out my whole life. That's why its such a tough decision. Now why couldn't I just move the out of the city or state? Unless I have a job lined up elsewhere, there's no reason for me to. |
