For anyone who cares ...
Started on Monday. Awesome job, I've got to wait a while on the FBI background check to go through but after that I'll get to work at the Argonne Labs doing some serious select agent work. At this point I'm just getting up to speed on the whole project and dealing with all the red tape that a University / Government job entails.
I start with 4 weeks of vacation a year, so yes I should be able to manage time of for travel. I'm also being generously compensated in comparison to my last job so that will help.
Also, I am shocked that I do not need to pass a drug test. And, like my last job, I will have open access to a vast stockpile of Ketamine. |
