Ken Epic was born Kenneth John Hur the quiet and younger sibling of his well known brother Ben.
During the early years he spend most of his time at home doing household chores and staying out of Ben's affairs. It seems that over time most of the attention from friends, family and even foes were centered consitently around Ben.
As is the case of many siblings who seek equality, Kenneth wanted 'some' the limelight for himself and resented the fame and fortune bestowed upon brother Ben.
At the time, nobody was bigger than Ben Hur.
Leaving home at a relatively young age Ken embarked upon a journey to become bigger than Ben Hur. Travelling through many kilometres of terrain by crossing mountains and deserts, Ken ended his trek when he met business man George Frederick Epic in a town called Farqyeah. It was a town rich in resourses and Mr George Epic had all his fingers in most of the town pies.
George was an oil tycoon who liked the look of Ken. Soon they were friends and George took him on board by teaching him everything he knew about the oil business. One day he'd become an Epic business man and rule the worlds oil fields as did his mentor George.
Because George was like a father too him he changed his surname from Hur to Epic by deed pole in the summer of '75. George loved this because in his mind who better than someone Epic to take over the family business.
In 1980 Ken 'Epic' moved to Dubai and within 25 yrs owned 65% of the worlds oil fields surpassing William Gates as the worlds richest man. These days something simple as driving a car would be impossible without paying monies into Ken's inconceivably large bank account.
