searching for the best portable media player

at first i was thinking of getting a 32gb ipod touch, most due to the fact that everyone has one these days and almost everything these days (gadgets, cables, speakers, etc) are ipod ready just to plug it in and it's price is around 350-400dlls.
these last weeks i've been checking out another options and i've found a couple that caught my attention the most
first there are the Archos 5 and 7, the numbers go for the screen size and comes in different capacity from 80 to 250gb. i like more the 5 than the 7 (it would be awkward walking around with a huge 7 inches player and also its poor portability because of its size) and i was more likely to get it but the only con is that it has no bluetooth connection. their price are from 250-450dlls.
then there is the Cowon q5w, 5 inches screen coming in 40 to 80gb capacities, bluetooth enabled and their price from 250-350dlls.
i would've posted this on the gadgets forum but there's only an ipod spambot posting there :/ |

As long as you like 3 formats. Otherwise, stay clear of Apple players.

despite mp3 being the most used audio format nowadays, there other formats out there better than this which cowon and archos support
same for videos, quicktime video files are the worst |

I just bought a Samsung YP-P3. Best sound I've ever heard in a portable mp3 player. Couple that with some Sennheiser headphones and it's awesome.
Also, many other useful apps functions. Blows the ipod out of the water. Also has new touch-screen haptic function.
Buy.
