Now i guess some of you will say "Hey that isn't Electro" ok but through all the tracks here you will notice a particular sound or riff - something catchy - thats what I need.
I dont know why but this Vitalic production reminds of another track, which the title escapes me - but throughout it has some male vocals and is very similar to the above.
Check out some of Matt Darey's tracklists for his radio show Nocturnal. He plays a lot of melodic Electro.

so your rules are non vocal, melodic, and electro type sound used in the track? man, that would mean an almost endless amount of music, tracks like those come out almost weekly.
below are tracks that match your description that i all got from one blog, www.bigstereo.net. its a great blog that has a lot of what you're looking for but they also have a lot of gay urban outfitter sounding stuff on it so you just have to keep clicking through the pages to filter through the crap.

God, you disappointed me. In that other thread you're praising Squarepusher, and now I see this . !
And you could've at least added the infamous "house" suffix to that electro, because proper melodic electro sounds completely different and n times more awesome:
