Because they aren't trip-hop. Lord alone knows what you'd call FlyLo, and Onra just makes instrumental hip-hop, which is not the same as trip-hop.

They're coming out with a new album soon (though I didn't like it as much from the samples I heard).

Off of their All Under album I loved So Long, Stuck On, and Imitation the best, which all three should be on their myspace.

Much appreciated.

Bonobo!! Such good use of melodies and harmonies. Good stuff to smoke a bowl sit back and relax to. I get really inspired listening to his music.

I hope this is trip hop and not some other genre I'm not familiar with?

Don't forget Röyksopp! One of the first Trip Hop artists I got into actually.

I listened through a few of their newer albums and really don't hear anything special compared to the rest of the stuff posted here.

Am I missing something? Maybe Their prime was back in the 90's?

I haven't bothered with their newer stuff. I slightly enjoyed The Understanding and Junior, though Melody A.M. still rules. That's about it really.
