I think its is a great way the lizard had evolved this feature to defend itself.
And It looks like it could be more intelligent than the commentator , who with his mega dumbdown voice and words , especially on national geographic ? make me wonder are most of the american TV audience so dependant on being talked to like children.
National geographic mainly has proffessors with half the alphabet after there names , talking about such wholesome subjects as plate tectonics and megastructures over here.
mmm , that turned into a bit of a rant. |

Seen lots of these in my time. Got bitten by one once, when I was a kid.
Random story: One day I was in my parents bedroom, playing SNES on their TV, when a blue tongue lizard walked out from underneath the bed and was like "harro". Only in Australia, right? I picked him up and kept him as a pet. :)

my brother and i used to catch the drop tail lizards when we were younger :)
for some reason now i am petrified of lizards, hate the bastards and they are everywhere in malta and used to be on my bedroom wall :nervous: |
