how exactly does one switch over when driving into an alternate side of the road country? is there some sort of transition area on the border? |

I still think most NATO navies use knots and nautical miles though... I am pretty sure Warsaw Pact navies (aka Russia) and most unaligned and third world navies do still as well. them, no one uses that but navies and seamen. |
