your right speaker has a power supply unit built in whose transformer has its own electromagnetic field that causes the vibration of the screen... so yeah, in order to reduce it, just move your speakers away. it usually works (of course if u have to plug in your speaker separately :toothless)

First of all, you don't need all that bass... don't make the bass frequencies louder (via an equalizer)... tracks get mixed for a reason!!!!!!

Anways, you probably aren't going to like my first solution so hear's another... I hope your subwoofer is on the floor and not on the desk with your monitor! If it's on the desk, move it on the ground. If it's on the ground, move the sub AWAY from the wall. The farther you move it, the less things will shake. If that still doesn't solve it, I think you should honestly turn the bass down! Either you have a really really really really really cheap desk and flimsy monitor, or you listen to music waaaaaaay too loud. You're not in a club...

If the above doesn't work and you still don't want to turn it down, get yourself an anti-vibrational mat. I know they exist, but you'll have to go down to a pro audio shop to get one.

I use headphones, it has way too many advantages over speakers...
First off- the quality... quality headphones will produce a great sound that speakers just cannot compare with.
Second- the volume... if I'd be using the same volume I use with headphones via speakers I'd be homeless by now, I like it loud (and I mean LOUD :)) unforutatelly- my neghbours don't apritiate quality trance music banging loudly in the middle of the night...

Anyway- by your avatar I see you use those "wear on ear" headphones which I don't like that much... their quality is pretty poor unless you bought some really expencive ones.
I suggest you go and buy one of those headphones that are beeing put inside your ear, invest some money into it and you'll be surprised with the quality you get...
