Thanks for the feedback everyone -- the last time Zack, Keryn, and I played in the same building in Philadelphia, the power went out (the infamous Transit night), so we have a lot to live up to...

still brainstorming ideas for the after-hours (which, in Philly, starts at 2am)...looks like a more subdued poker game is ahead by a nose.

lol, totally forgot about the Transit night. Technically, Zack didn't even play since the moment he started mixing into my last track all the power went caput. :haha:

It shut down right in the middle of my first mix, so TECHNICALLY I did play that night. ;)

Poker sounds good, but I doubt it will be subdued. I'll keep my ears open for any late parties going on in the city as well.

Yey this week, looking forward to another road trip!

Zack Roth

A DJ with truly eclectic tastes in music, Zack Roth is definitely an up and comer to look out for in the near future. Since 2004, he has played at New York City's best known clubs, including Pacha, Webster Hall, Crobar, Avalon, Love, Rebel, Sullivan Room, Ikon (formerly Exit), etc... Zack has also expanded his sound outside of NYC, with gigs in Miami, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Providence R.I., and most recently, Playa Del Carmen in Mexico.
Zack has had the oppurtunity to spin alongside some of the most well-known and respected DJs and Producers in the business including the likes of Mauro Picotto, Sander Van Doorn, Fedde Le Grand, Satoshi Tomiie, Dave Seaman, Matthew Dekay, Darren Emerson (of Underworld), Joachim Garraud, Josh Wink, Infected Mushroom, Gareth Emery, and many more. His style of music can be described as progressive, dark, and always danceable.
2009 is shaping up to be a big year for Zack, with high profile gigs booked up and down the east coast, the launch of his brand new record label, Cloudreak Recordings, and his first major release to be announced as well.

Keryn

For a DJ with only a few years of experience behind the decks, Keryn has seen more than a modest share of success. Keryn has played at some of the most well known and respected venues in New York City including Pacha, Cielo, Webster Hall, Love NYC, Rebel, Shelter, Sullivan Room, Avalon (formerly Limelight), and Crobar. Her DJing has also taken her across state lines with gigs Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Miami, and most recently Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for 2008's BPM Music Conference.
At the start of 2006, Keryn secured a monthly residency with DJ partner Zack Roth at West Village hotspot, Club Love, where they held things down for 3 very successful years. This residency gave Keryn the opportunity to spin alongside some of the most respected DJs and Producers in the business, including the likes of Satoshi Tomiie, Josh Wink, Locodice, Christian Smith, Kevin Saunderson, Matt Dekay, Andy Moor, M.I.K.E., Max Graham, John Graham (aka Quivver) and Paolo Mojo to name a few.
2009 has seen Keryn take it to the next level, with a string of big gigs, including main floor spots at NYC mega-clubs Pacha and Webster Hall. Taking a page from the books of djs like John Digweed and Hernan Cattaneo, Keryn's sets showcase her diverse taste in dance music, as well as her refined ear for tight and techinal mixing. One can expect to hear anything from deep house to no-nonsense techno, melodic progressive to darker tech house beats, on a given night that Keryn is spinning.
2009 has brought on new challenges for Keryn, as she begins her journey into the production realm. She also spends a great deal of time co-heading her own record label, Cloudbreak Recordings, with Zack Roth. Cloudbreak Recordings features music from both globaly established names, as well as up-and-coming talents. Look out for big things from Cloudbreak in 2009.

Uncle ED
what are the set times? I dont need to leave to CT until 8:30 the next day, so still might want to hit this up for a few hours
Jacob Henry
I'll be playing from 10pm to midnight, with Zack and Keryn to follow (until close -- 2am)...would love to see you on home turf, Ed...I think the last time I saw you in Philly was the Sean & Simon night at Triada, just before it got shut down.
