I just wanna thank Cryo for everything hes done for these forums.
The guy really brings so much substance to these forums it amazes me. I never in my life would have thought of using CL to find vocalists and I already got 2 off CL I'm emailing back and forth, I'll be meeting one this weekend and haven't been this excited in a long time.
Both women said they graduated from college in music and just like recording their voices in different styles of music and both said they'd love to try trance/club. One gave me her myspace and has a very lovely voice.
So this is awesome, really think I got something here. Only problem is I gotta find a good mic fast! ahh |

Thanks again Cryo.
I'm going through this one girls music now and OMG the production is TERRIBLE. You can hear that she def has a nice voice but its sitting so low in the mix its horrendous. Completely off timing and key too.
That makes me a bit happier because I'm pretty sure I can do a much better job then whoever she collabed with to do her first 2 tracks. I'll def let you know how it goes I'm so friggn pumped right now. |

There's a claasic studio joke in threre.
The singer finishes the take, and goes "how was it?" and the producers says "apart from the tuning and the timing it was great!"
And yes, I too agree - this forum works because of members such as Cyro. |
