no actually i've never played halo so i didn't know there was a character named arbiter. the reason why i found out there's an arbiter in halo is because i decided to do a google image search for "arbiter" and see what sort of random picture showed up so i could post it and be like, "it's arbiter!" but only pictures of the halo game character showed up, so that's why i posted that.
i've heard of the name arbiter before:p
