i always thought summers were cheap too..thanks for the clear up..
what about the seats that they don't sell though? if there are seats left on a charter the day before wouldn't it go dirt cheap? and how do you find these seats? |

True i was in cuba a week and a half ago and it was all dutchies and spaniards. And since they spend way more than we do they raise the price and cater to them.

| Best trips you can do now are continental US. Try Unitedvacations.com for trips to vegas for example. From buffalo they can be cheap! Or even florida. Cuba may be cheap but its touch and go now depending on the europeans. Also hurricane season is starting! |

I believe seat sales are a bit harder to find as well because less planes fly to the islands during the summer.
I remember when I was looking at vacations they flew out nearly every day during the winter and twice a week during the summer.... all depends on who you are travelling with I guess.
I would assume sellofvactions and other similar sites would be the best place to find the cheap seats. Try googling 'last minute vacations' or something along those lines.

thanks a bunch guys..i'm gonna check out some of these sites now..
i guess i had this vision of just picking a location and hopping on a plane next week...:) my husband went to the nhl hockey draft in montreal a few weeks ago so he says it's only fair that i go somewhere too..lol.
maybe paris in october...?? |

did that united one work for u? i got a 4 day trip to phoenix 2 years ago.. flight for 2, hotel and car for 680 US including tax at the time when dollar was a bit above par.
Not sure what the deals are now but im sure they are good |

Some pretty good deals there to be honest, just having to drive to buffalo is not my cup of tea. Vegas.com can get you good deals too, check it out, its pretty good in comparison. Though I really wanna fly westjet and stay at the rio, im getting a decent deal if I book seperately, but Vegas.com is better. |
