How sure are you guys that he's going to play at Space the same week? Just want to make sure I don't miss him in South Florida. I'm in Miami but will make the drive for this if he isn't going to do a Space appearance.
Also how does he play in clubs down here? I'm from SoCal and have seen him more times than I can count on my fingers in the last 2 years. For me at least he has played the hardest in SF @1015. He blew it away the last 2 times I saw him there. His Las Vegas sets are pretty good too, along with his festival sets. I saw him at Space and Ultra for WMC last year but don't remember much.... Does he play more house/electro like his WMC 08 set (which was bomb anyways)? Also what are the estimated set times @ the Ritz and Space if he ends up there?

A little birdy told me it was confirmed 28th Saturday @ Space
Another little birdy also told me we are having huge trance acts @ Space before PVD so keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned folks cause all I have to say is.....

could they have possibly listened ROFL - sikeee.
This is more like the "when hell freezes over" and honestly Armin & Tiesto don't count as huge trance acts anymore...someone new and not boring plz! But then again I highly doubt Tiesjoke would EVER play @ Space again. |

Hope you are right. But details matter, so please tell.
Bottom line is LP will bring trance if he can make $$$$$ off of it, PERIOD. Guy is a very smart businessman first and foremost. Even people on the TNL site, which is house & tech dominated, have been discussing the fact trance pulls the most heads and is needed here in Miami again. The biggest room @ Space is now occupied by hip-hop/r&b, which proves house and tech was not filling the room. Now LP will probably try anything to fill that room. Some big name trancers with locals and smaller names attached will do the trick while exposing these young kids to the most energetic and best form of EDM - TRANCE. Screw the haters, once these youngins hear a full-on trance set in that mainroom they'll know what they've been missing & demand more. |

i just wish space would release their lineup sooner... mansion and some places like set (for sasha) already have november shows confirmed, announced, and selling tickets.
actually av1, you bring up a good point about the hiphop in the mainroom... i wonder if pvd would even be put in the mainroom. i cant see pvd playing the loft, but , i wouldnt be that surprised either. |

Hopefully they'll announce their lineup through year's end soon and it'll be better from September to December being that the Ibiza season ends & artists will be touring the states. (So LP has no excuse for slacking). They need to get EDM back into the mainroom, otherwise what a waste of lighting and sound on ' hop.' As for PVD, I would guess it'll be in the mainroom. But if it's upstairs it'll be the entire upstairs (loft + terrace) in order to pay his booking fee and accomodate the crowd.
I do want to know who these other trance DJs are, because PVD while great to get is not anything new or unexpected |

It would be great to have a steady stream of trance acts week after week. I guess I got spoiled in So Cal. There was a period where Circus was booking huge trance names every week or so. Fingers crossed.......
So I guess it's PVD @ Space then. Can't wait! Hopefully he has some new songs to surprise us with...... |
