Portable device to write MIDI at work....?

I work 12 hour night shifts as a registered nurse at a nearby hospital. We do have work computers which is what I use to kill time, but I'd like to get something where I could write MIDI sequences. It can't be any software because I can't put it on the computers at the hospital, so it would have to be a portable device.
I'm looking for a sequencer and a few basic instruments so I could hear back what I'm writing. Would obviously need to be able to save this and export it as MIDI.
Any suggestions other than buying a super small computer? Is there possibly a sequencing website that I could write midi for and then have it emailed to me? |

| Surely someone can write and app for an iPhone, Nokia N97, HTC Touch Pro, etc etc? |

| I'd rather it not be a cell phone. I'd like to be able to have a mouse or at least a touchpad. I think a website would be a very good idea if somebody hasn't done it already. Going to talk with a web designer I know and see if he's up for it. In he mean time though I'd like to get something |

| It'd have to be very very small. Smaller than a piece of paper |
