Please Help me Mrs Nixon?

Does anyone have any idea what these signs are about?
They are signs all over Downtown Toronto on Garbages and Newspaper distributors.
Signs that say "Please help Mrs Nixon" and with majority of them, the Mrs Nixon, or just Nixon, is blacked out.
I tried googling it, but nothing came. I ask a few other people and they have no idea either.

Maybe someone who doesn't actually do any real work could research a bit more but I found a theory about head of RBC Gordon Nixon's wife...

RBC hate.
Mrs. Nixon refers to Janet Nixon, the wife of RBC President and CEO Gordon Nixon.

ahh...makes sense now. Thanks Guys! It seemed like majority of the signs I saw were littered around RBC Plaza...which makes sense.
