| i have the 32 chan one and i swear by it. the eq's & compressors are amazing. the best part (unlike UAD) is youi don't need to pay for emulations, they are given away for free on their website. I'm all about DSP technology so i might be bias :) |

The EQs aren't bad at all, the comps aren't on par with other big boys but usable. On the positive side you get a good collection and variety, the negative side of it would be the firewire interface which is why I sold mine used when it was $500.
Even now at $199 for the 16 channel still the firewire latency is deal breaker for me. I even try not to open more than 2 uad plugs per channel and always try to stay more on the native side particularly for eqs. |

| Thanks for the replies guys! After giving it some thought, it does seem like a very good deal, but I've got plenty of good EQs and compressors and excessive CPU usage is rarely a problem for me with my native plugs, so I'm going to let this deal pass. |
